The 1945 off-season saw a five-game series played between an All-Star team organized by Chuck Dressen (CDA) and a Negro National League All-Star team (NNS) managed by Biz Mackey. Finally, Retrosheet has a box score for one game between the Birmingham Black Barons (BIR) and a team organized by Joe Sprinz (SPZ).
