1925 Negro League World Series: Hilldale Club (ECL) def. Kansas City Monarchs (NNL), 5-1

The 1925 Negro League World Series was a rematch of the 1924 Negro World Series between the Hilldale Club (HIL) of the Eastern Colored League and the Kansas City Monarchs (KCM) of the Negro National League. Hilldale's win in this series would turn out to be the only World Series Championship won by a member of the Eastern Colored League.
