1946 Negro League World Series: Newark Eagles (NNL) def. Kansas City Monarchs (NAL), 4 games to 3

The 1946 Negro League World Series pitted the NNL Champion Newark Eagles (NW2) against the NAL Champion Kansas City Monarchs (KCM). Seven Hall-of-Famers played in this series, four of whom would go on to play in the integrated major leagues. This series also featured the first four African-American players in American League history (three of whom are now in the Hall of Fame).
