Resumed Protested Game: 7/5/1920

There was one out in the top of the 7th with the Giants up 6-0. PHI had runners on 1st and 2nd and Wrightstone popped up but it fell in. The throw went to second where the the base was tagged . The base umpire McCormick called a force out, but the home plate ump Harrison said he called it an infield fly. The base ump prevailed and runners were sent to 1st and 3rd. The game ended 6-0. The Phils protest was upheld and the game resumed on September 4 with 2nd and 3rd and 2 out. The Phils did not score and the Giants scored 7 in the bottom of the 8th to win 13-0.
