The Brewers thinking it was a homer did not run hard while the Pirates fielded the ball and threw home to retire the runner from first. The play was a double with the runner on second scoring and the other runner making the third out at the plate, which was upheld by the review.

In the top of the second Chris Hermann hit a line drive down the right field line that passed to the right of the pole, hit the top of the wall, bounced behind the pole into fair territory while Hermann stopped at second base. The umpires gathered to discuss the play and ruled it a home run. Crew chief Sam Holbrook asked for a review, which overturned the call by replay to a foul ball.

9/21 CHN @ MIL
In the top of the tenth Anthony Rizzo's drive to deep center hit the top of the wall, bounced back into the field, and Rizzo reached third for a triple. Crew chief Dana DeMuth requested a review, and it confirmed the call of a triple.

9/22 TBA @ BAL
In the top of the eighth Wilson Ramos hit a fly to right center that hit the padding at the top of wall and bounced back into the field. It was ruled a home run, but the review requested by crew chief Gary Cederstrom overturned the call by replay to a double.

9/24 CLE @ SEA
In the top of the second Edwin Encarnacion's line drive down the left field line curved in front of the pole and was ruled foul. The reveiw requested by crew chief Sam Holbrook confirmed the call.

9/26 SDN @ LAN
In the top of the fifth Christian Villanueva's fly to right cleared the low fence and bounced off the hand of a fan who tried to catch it and back into the field. Seeing the ball clear the wall, Villanueva did not run hard and was tagged out going into second, which was the ruling. Acting crew chief Tim Timmons asked for a review, and the call was overturned to a home run due to fan interference.

9/26 WAS @ PHI
In the top of the third Anthony Rendon hit a fly to left that hit the top of the wall and bounced back into the field for a double. The review requested by crew chief Gerry Davis confirmed the call of a double.

9/29 DET @ MIN
In the bottom of the second Ehire Adrianza hit a line drive to left that bounced of the top of wall and back into play. He reached second for a double, and that was upheld by the review request by acting crew chief Tim Timmons

9/30 TOR @ NYA
In the top of the sixth Ryan Goins hit a fly to right that a fan reached over and caught in front of the wall. It was ruled a double due to fan interference, and the call was confirmed by the review requested by crew chief Bill Miller.

10/7 CHN @ WAS (NLDS)
In the top of the fourth Anthony Rizzo's fly to right was caught at the top of the railing behind the wall by a Cubs fan and was ruled a home run. The replay asked for by crew chief Gerry Davis confirmed the call.

10/14 NYA @ HOU (ALCS)
In the bottom of the fourth Carlos Correa's line drive was caught at the top of the wall by a young fan and was ruled a home run. The replay asked for by crew chief Gary Cederstrom confirmed the call.
