By-Laws Amendment

One amendment in 2003 removed the old section 5.4. This was OK except for the fact that one phrase is now missing and needs to be added into 6.4(a). Here is what needs to be added as the second sentence to that section:

"The Chair shall conduct those meetings according to Robert's Rules of Order."
