����������� The Corporation does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to its members.� The primary purposes and essence of the Corporation are exclusively charitable, educational and non-profit as defined under Section 501 (c)(6) of the Internal revenue Service Code of 1986, as amended and the regulation thereunder.
